Jennifer Randolph Purdy, Attorney and Advocate for The Injured

Representing clients in South Carolina and North Carolina for 30 years

Jennifer Randolph Purdy has spent three decades championing the rights of individuals and families whose lives have been upended by serious injuries or loss. Known for her dedication, strength, and for never backing down, Jennifer is the advocate clients turn to when they need someone to fight for them in their greatest time of need.

A Lifelong Advocate

Since she was young, Jennifer Purdy has always been the kind of person who would go out of her way to help someone. She was the one her friends would call when they were in trouble – competent, dependable, loyal, the kind of person who always knew what to do. Someone you knew would be there when you needed her most.

It was during law school, when she worked as a law clerk for a personal injury firm, that Jennifer realized that her ability to take charge in a crisis and help friends out of a bind could be used to help others when they were facing the most challenging situations in their lives.

After receiving her law degree from the University of South Carolina School of Law in 1996, Jennifer began her career representing injured clients in North Carolina. She soon returned home to South Carolina where, over the years, she has helped thousands of clients who have suffered due to others’ negligence or recklessness. Jennifer applies her knowledge, strong will, and passion for helping others as a fierce advocate for her clients.

Legal Accomplishments and Experience

Jennifer has successfully resolved thousands of personal injury cases through settlements and trials, resulting in multi-million-dollar results for her clients. Her notable cases include a $29.5 million verdict in a nursing home negligence case and numerous seven-figure awards for a range of severe injuries and wrongful death claims. Jennifer only represents injured individuals and their families, and her practice areas include:

  • Wrongful death
  • Vehicle accidents, including car, tractor-trailer, motorcycle, and train collisions
  • Premises liability

  • Animal attacks
  • Restaurant and bar negligence
